Our founder, Doma Paudel, Nepal’s first female nature guide and a strong advocate for sustainable tourism, received the prestigious WWF Conservation Award 2025 for her remarkable achievements in wildlife conservation, community empowerment, and eco-friendly tourism. This honor celebrates her lifelong commitment to protecting Nepal’s natural heritage.
Doma Paudel – Nepal’s First Female Nature Guide
As Nepal’s first female nature guide, Doma opened new doors for women in conservation and ecotourism. She focuses on ethical wildlife tourism, biodiversity protection, and community participation. Through awareness campaigns and training programs, she has motivated many to embrace sustainable and respectful approaches to nature.
Nepal Dynamic Eco Tours – Tourism with Purpose
Doma established Nepal Dynamic Eco Tours to combine adventure with responsibility. Furthermore, a significant share of the company’s income supports conservation education, wildlife safety training, and community development. As a result, these initiatives have reduced human–wildlife conflict, while also promoting biodiversity and improving eco-friendly livelihoods in Chitwan National Park’s buffer zones. In addition, the program creates long-term benefits for both nature and local communities, ensuring that tourism growth aligns with environmental protection.
