At Nepal Dynamic Eco Tours, we strive to provide you with the best possible travel experience. However, we understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your booking. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for cancellations and refunds.
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. We require written notice of cancellation, either by email or in writing.
For cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the start of the program, we will provide a full refund, including any deposit paid. If you have made full payment at the time of booking, we will refund the full amount minus transfer charges.
For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the start of the program, a 40% cancellation charge will be applied to the 20% deposit paid of the full amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to you. If you have made full payment at the time of booking, we will refund the remaining balance minus a 10% cancellation fee.
Please note that in some circumstances, we may be able to refund the full amount, even for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the start of the program. We will consider such requests on a case-by-case basis.
No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving your cancellation notice. Refunds will be made via PayPal or bank transfer, whatever the business prefers.
Please note that this Refund Policy does not apply if no advance payment was taken for the booking. In such cases, cancellation policies will be discussed and decided during the booking process.
In addition, this Refund Policy does not apply to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other situations that make it impossible to provide the planned program. In such cases, we will work with you to find an alternative solution or offer a full refund.
If you wish to make changes to your booking, such as changing the dates or itinerary, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your requests, subject to availability and any additional costs that may be incurred.
If we are unable to provide any part of the program due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will offer you an alternative program of equal or greater value. If you decline the alternative program, we will refund the amount paid for the affected part of the program.
